Ingredients

11 Dates Pitted (or approx. 1 heading cup)

1/2 cup Walnuts

1/2 cup Raw Almond Butter

1/2 cup Organic Shredded Coconut

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

 

First, de-pit your dates and cut them in halves or quarters.

 

Next, measure out your walnuts and almond butter and place into the food processor. Use short pulses until all ingredients are mixed well.

Add in the shredded coconut and pulse some more.

 

Lastly, roll the mixture into bite sized balls and place onto parchment or wax paper. Note: They are fairly greasy so place them in the refrigerator after making them. They firm-up and are so tasty!
