Freestyle Exercise Circuits “Total Stretch and Tone”
Our platforms for this presently are;
Face to face One to one’s up to One to 4’s
Live Zoom classes 1 to 1’s and groups we’ve done 50 plus but as you know this is limitless
Corporate face to face in-house or at Douglas Gym and/or Zoom platform
Teams and Schools on their premises or zoom
I also have a Studio Gym in Rochestown where I can do more personal/private 1 to 1 sessions
As an athlete, this is not something that I would’ve engaged in before but it was very enjoyable and surprisingly difficult at times, I really felt my muscles working and being engaged. John was a great instructor and it was great to see somebody so enthusiastic!
I really enjoyed how accessible this form of exercise is and will definitely be using it in the future. Thank you!!!
Overall I think it was absolutely brilliant and it will definitely be something I will use myself in my own sporting career going forward.
